When I need product support, it is cheerfully given, and Frank Galati is one of the few these days that knows the true meaning of "dedicated support!!". We all live in a changing environment, Frank eases the burden of transition change, and his office is excellent in handling transition and informing his customer base of the new legislative changes. Prime 32 is one of those programs that should never be let go!!"
